The extra range seems to mostly come from big increases in aerodynamic efficiency rather than just jamming a huge battery into the chassis so I'm not sure it would demand a huge premium, at least not because of the BOM.

The US is trapped in a local maximum due to history, geography and finally politics. There's a lot of local resistance specifically to highspeed rail because to stay highspeed the trains usually bypass smaller local towns so they don't get the benefit but all the negatives of it's construction.
Probably not there's a lot of nearby fire the would reignite extinguished sections because the device doesn't do anything to cool the fuel or suppress fire returning. Also it's short range and very sensitive to the range you use it at.
This technique has been known about since at least 2012 when DARPA did a demonstration of it. There's a reason it hasn't really gone anywhere and mostly exists as science fair demos and Youtube videos now, it's quite limited.
Live resizing apps and dealing with apps that don't have a specified new design for the unfolded screen size is one of the big hurdles for folding phones that's new to the Duo for Apple so it remains to be seen how well that works for random apps.
As you say, like most of any of our current issues, it's not the act of doing something that is the issue, it's the lack of remuneration for doing that thing. Any region would gain an immense amount of more "smart point metrics" (what I choose to refer these scores as) if students had their own personal tutors that helped them along. But that doesn't fit our "profit or perish" economic models.
It's not just compensation grading is a very time intensive process so even if it were paid it eats up either personal time or time they could use preparing lessons or assisting students.
An interesting question to me is how were subsequent instances finding their way to these message boards. I suppose they're all quite likely to try the same sequence of sites since they're neuvo copies of the same state given similar tasks?
Isn't CoPilot largely a wrapper around ChatGPT and other models? IIRC they didn't create their own and just poured money (via Azure credits I think) into OpenAI to get access.
The single most annoying thing about trying to actually ask a question on SO. No overzealous editor that's actually a different error and library entirely...
